SPRINGFIELD, MO. – Greene County Prosecuting Attorney Dan Patterson announced that on January 21, 2026, a jury found Nicholas Edward West, of Republic, guilty of Unlawful Use of a Weapon, a Class E felony, following a two-day trial in Greene County Circuit Court. The jury returned its verdict after approximately 47 minutes of deliberation.
