Springfield Man Sentenced to Four Years for Receiving and Scrapping Stolen Heavy Equipment Parts.

SPRINGFIELD, MO – Greene County Prosecuting Attorney Dan Patterson announced today that Justin Allen Muse, of Springfield, was sentenced to four years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after pleading guilty to felony stealing. Muse was charged with stealing by receiving stolen property, a Class D felony enhanced to Class C felony range due to his status as a persistent offender.
