Jury Finds Republic Man Guilty of Unlawful Use of a Weapon
SPRINGFIELD, MO. – Greene County Prosecuting Attorney Dan Patterson announced that on January 21, 2026, a jury found Nicholas Edward West, of Republic, guilty of Unlawful Use of a Weapon, a Class E felony, following a two-day trial in Greene County Circuit Court. Springfield Man Sentenced to Four Years for Receiving and Scrapping Stolen Heavy Equipment Parts.
SPRINGFIELD, MO – Greene County Prosecuting Attorney Dan Patterson announced today that Justin Allen Muse, of Springfield, was sentenced to four years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after pleading guilty to felony stealing. SPRINGFIELD, MO — Greene County Prosecuting Attorney Dan Patterson announced today that Melvin Lee Battle was sentenced to five years in the Missouri Department of Corrections. Though prosecutors opposed probation, Judge Jerry A.
